Start a gratitude journal!
Each day take just 5 minutes to reflect on what you are thankful for in your life.
Write down 3 things to start your day and 3 things before you go to bed.
It can be as simple as a good cup of coffee or a hot shower. Studies show that a five-minute a day gratitude journal can increase your long-term well-being by more than 10 percent !
It can improve your sleep, your relationships, your spiritual life and so much more.
One of the best things you can do to transform your life and honour God is to cultivate a heart of gratitude in your life.
If you tend to complain (don't we all?), these challenges will help you shift your perspective and truly become appreciative of the smallest blessing in your life.
